This unit is available mid-October. Rent is $1,400 a month with a separate utility charge of $100 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas and high-speed wireless internet. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.

We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a One-time Pet Fee $150 for Dog with $40 Pet Rent (one dog up to 50lbs okay.)There is a One-time Pet Fee $100 for Cats per cat with pet rent of $30 per cat (up to two cats okay.)

To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
