1 year lease preferred, no smoking, owner prefers no pets but may consider a small, non shedding dog with additional refundable security deposit of $750.00 per pet with a $50.00 per pet pet rent, application and application fee required for all adults. The Security Deposit is one thousand more than the rent as long as there are no pets and everyone's credit is good. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and liability insurance.
