This unit is available for move in! Rent is $995 a month with a separate utility charge of $125 that Includes water, sewage, trash, gas and electric. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.

$150 One-time Pet Fee Plus $40 Per-month Pet Rent for Dogs (one dog up to 50lbs okay.)
