Prior to moving forward, please verify that ALL DECISION MAKING parties are available to attend the showing AND meet our application criteria as listed: A.) All residents are in the position to start lease within the required lease start date (within 14 days of application or unit availability) B.) Applicants can provide combined, LEGAL and VERIFIABLE gross income of 2 to 3 times the monthly rent as noted on the unit listing C.) Applicants have a COMBINED AVERAGE credit score of 625 or higher (600 or higher may be applicable with higher deposit or co-signer) AND D.) Applicants can provide a COMBINED AVERAGE of THREE YEARS positive rental history (written lease agreement with verifiable payment history OR home ownership as noted on credit report) AND do not have an open bankruptcy, owe a former landlord, outstanding utilities, or have over $1,000 in collection debt. **Co-signers or higher deposits MAY be an option, FULL RENTAL CRITERIA may be reviewed by selecting "apply" within the unit listing. **PLEASE TYPE "We are aware of the rental criteria and meet the qualifications." *
