Buena Terrace is a 1918 former hotel turned apartments in Uptown, so you get real vintage bones plus hardwood floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances, and most units open onto private balconies over a courtyard that was redone in 2020 with BBQ grills and a lounge. There's also a fitness center, a sundeck, bike storage, and on-site laundry in the building. You can grab coffee at Drink Happy Thoughts about 5 minutes away or hit Bar On Buena for a drink, and Buena Circle Park is about a 5-minute walk. The Wilson stop is about a 10-minute walk and there's a Jewel-Osco just 5 minutes out for groceries.
