Rental terms:

$980 - $1175 (price dependent on parking, location of the unit, private balcony included, etc.)

Security deposit: half month’s rent

Small pet friendly upon approval.

Water & heat included.

Tenant pays for electricity and wifi.

Tenant insurance required.

No smoking, drugs, or vaping permitted in or on the property.

Tenants are responsible for any applicable move-in fees.

Rental rates are based on single occupancy. Double occupancy rates are an additional $100/month
