Description: This first-floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is available for rent. It features a bright sunroom, spacious living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Tenants have access to a shared basement with laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer (note: the landlord is not responsible for repairs or replacement of the machines). The apartment includes a 1-car garage and additional street parking. Tenants are responsible for providing their own window A/C units.

Lease term: 12 months minimum (with potential for renewal).

Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for electric, gas, and $75 per month towards water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required.

Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets.

Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable). All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually.
