3 Months: $1136 + Electricity. Includes Water, Trash and Sewer.

4 months: FREE

5 Month $1336 + Electricity. Includes Water, Trash and Sewer.

6 Months: $1456 + Electricity. Includes Water, Trash and Sewer.

Current Electric Rate is $0.17 per KW

Annual Residents & Fulltime seasonal residents have the option to pay monthly or yearly.
