Landlord Requirements: Applicants must make 3x the monthly rent in verifiable net income, have a credit history considered (i.e., no active collections), no evictions within the past 4 years, and must have a verifiable rental history with on-time rental payments. No fragranced items are permitted in this property, including but not limited to: plug ins, scent sprays, scent dispersers, candles, incense, carpet fresheners, scented laundry products, scented dish liquids, scented body lotions and perfumes, and scented trash bags. However, the owner allows The Crown Choice room spray, and Seventh Generation dish liquid (any fragrance).
