PETS
A maximum of two pets is allowed. All pets must be at least one year old, spayed/neutered, and current on all vaccinations. Proof from your veterinarian showing up-to-date shots and immunizations is required.
Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month, and a photo of each pet is required. Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to deny any animal at any time for reasons including aggression or behavioral issues. An additional $500 pet deposit per pet is required.
