Many of our rental homes have laundry hookups in the home. If Washer/ Dryer are pictured, they are included as a part of the rental agreement and the rental price for the home has been set to reflect the inclusion.

The home will be rented with a stove/range installed. The appliance is on order and will be delivered to the home on 8/15/23

All occupants over 18 must be approved to live in the community
