For $45/month, all Real Property Management Results residents are enrolled in RBP, which is an all-inclusive suite of services that residents receive throughout the duration of their lease. Pet Fees (If Applicable):

Pet Fee: $300 NON REFUNDABLE - One-time fee - paid prior to move in.

Pet Rent: $30-$75 per pet (Pet related fees will be determined after completing the 3rd party independent pet screening profile)- monthly - paid with rent.

Pet Screening Application: Starting at $25 for an individual Pet Profile plus any applicable state taxes - once annually - paid directly to 3rd party application, Pet Screening.
