Lease Terms:

Lease 10-12 months, no smoking, owner may consider up to two mature dogs with additional refundable security deposit of $500.00 per pet and $50 pet rent/fee per pet per month and a firm pet agreement, application and application fee required for all adults. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, renters insurance, and $10 per month for furnace filters, and maintaining the landscaping. A credit score of 650 or higher is required to lease this home for all adult applicants 23 or older. If credit or income does not meet requirement, the security deposit is TRIPLE (3x) the rent.
