The living room has direct access to an outside deck that is great for relaxing during those nice summer evenings. The numerous windows allow a lot of sun to flow through the apartment. Each apartment comes with air conditioning. Each floor has a coin-operated washer and dryer.

Heat, water/sewer, lawn care and snow removal, are all included! Tenants are responsible for the electricity.

Parking is limited to: No specified parking space. A minimum of one parking spot is guaranteed per apartment.
