The lease term can be from 6-12 months in duration. The rental rate will not change, regardless of which lease term you choose.

To move-in:

$50 application fee PER tenant 18+ years of age.

First month's rent.

Security (Starts at one month's rent, but is dependent on a credit/background screening).
