Pets are considered on a case by case basis with an additional fee.

Application Process-

1. $40.00 application fee per applicant. Anyone over the age of 18 must apply.

2. Total household income must meet or exceed 2.5 times the monthly rent AFTER taxes (net income) and be legally documented

3. Process includes background and credit check (including prior evictions), landlord and employer references/verification.
