-Holding/Security Deposit (standard deposit of $600 up to 1.5 months rent), prorated rent upon move-in* AND executed lease are due within 72 hours of application approval to hold unit.
-MINIMUM verifiable combined gross income of 2X the monthly rent is REQUIRED for approval
-Minimum of three years positive rental history (combined applicant average) is required to be approved with standard deposit.
-Credit, criminal background and rental verification will be processed and verified.
