The kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining area with a stove and dishwasher provided by the property owner. Tenants must bring a fridge or pay an additional $40 per month to rent one. Three bedrooms with a hall bathroom, including the main bedroom with a full main bathroom. The property also has an attached one-car garage and a chain-linked fenced backyard with a privacy fence gate. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the unit.
