Smoking is prohibited in or around this property and grounds for eviction if found in violation.
REQUIREMENTS
We will review your credit history, criminal background, rental history, verify your employment and verify your income. We do not approve applications with previous evictions, foreclosures, bankruptcies (within 7 years), or sex offenders.
The security deposit is 100% refundable and due within 48 hours of application approval. If the property has no damage (normal wear and tear permitted by law) and resident(s) does not have a balance due upon move-out, the Security Deposit will be returned within 30 days of vacancy. If a pet deposit is paid, it is combined with the security deposit at move-in. In special circumstances, an additional (refundable) deposit may be required.
All initial payments, including but not limited to the reservation fee or security deposit, move-in fee, pet deposit, pet fee, and first month's rent, must be made via money order, certified funds, cashier's check, or Zelle Pay. We do not accept personal checks, cash, credit card, debit card, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, online bill pay, bank wires, or Bitcoin for upfront costs.
Payment methods for rent may differ from those accepted for upfront or move-in costs and will be outlined in the lease agreement.
