Built in 2024, this 43-story downtown high-rise is one of the newer luxury options in the Rainey area, with a resident-only setup and a stronger amenity package than most. You get a rooftop lounge, steam and sauna, 24-hour concierge, community events, a private dog run, and even on-demand treatments like facials and massages. The reviews are pretty consistent on two things: the staff is helpful, and the building has that polished, fully managed feel without being stiff.

The B4 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout with 1,728 square feet, starting at $7,940/month. That is a serious amount of space for downtown, and the pricing lines up with the top end of the market. Double vanity sinks are included, and pet owners should note the community is pet-friendly with monthly pet rent and fees, plus parking runs from $175-$350/month, with garage parking higher.

You are close to Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street, and 6th Street, with Google Austin about 0.67 miles away and Oracle also within easy reach. It is very walkable, and this southern Rainey spot is the calmer side of the street, so you get trail access without the heavier bar noise up north.
