Applicant shall provide Applicant’s valid government-issued photo identification, comply with all instructions provided by the authorized agent(s), and shall sign and answer the Applicant Questionnaire. Access to the Property by Applicant at any time or day other than as agreed upon in this Agreement is expressly prohibited. Applicant, on behalf of itself and Applicant’s guests, invitees, or attendees at the tour (“Applicant’s Related Parties”), agrees not to: (a) disturb, disrupt, endanger or inconvenience other residents or invitees within the Property, (b) violate any civil or criminal statute, law or ordinance, or (c) cause damage to or commit or permit a nuisance in or about the Property. Without limiting the foregoing, Applicant and Applicant’s Related Parties shall not: (d) remove, take, appropriate, conceal, or attempt to remove any key, key fob, access card, code, lockbox, or similar access device from the Property; (e) discard, dump, litter, or otherwise deposit trash, waste, or refuse in or about the Property, other than in designated receptacles; or (f) remove, take, appropriate, conceal, or attempt to remove any personal property, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, appliances, décor, supplies, or other items located within the Property. Applicant shall immediately notify an authorized agent of any lost key or access device and shall return all keys and access devices at the conclusion of the tour. Applicant acknowledges that any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of tour access and pursuit of any remedies available at law or in equity, including, without limitation, reporting to law enforcement. In the event of any damage caused by the Applicant or the Applicant’s Related Parties during the tour, the Applicant agrees to be responsible for such damage and authorizes their card to be charged for the amount of the damage, as determined by the Property Manager.
