Security Deposit: One Months Rent

Administrative Fees: A $75 application fee is charged per applicant. A $250 Move In Fee is charged with a signed lease. Approved applicants who sign a lease will have their Application Fee credit toward the cost of their Move In Fee (up to $150 per lease).
