The Breeze was once a historic school building built in 1893 which is now apart of the National Register of Historic Places. Being recently remodeled but keeping some of its historic charm, there are now plenty of spacious studio, one-, and two-, bedroom apartments. Some of the unique perks include original hardwood floors, repurposed school cabinets, and beautifully crafted doors and entryways. This building also offers the most amazing view of Center City from the rooftop deck, where you can relax and is perfect for entertaining.
