Additionally, you will be deemed qualified (or not) based on the screening information/data provided on our independently pulled report, not based on information/data on your portable report. Please note that bona fide and compliant portable reports MUST come directly from the consumer reporting agency.

If approved, there will be $50 Administrative Move-In and Move-Out Fees included in your lease due at time of move-in and move-out. You agree that this is an acceptable charge for the administrative time needed to show the property, process your application, and potentially prepare your initial lease.
