-As we navigate through the unique challenges posed by the COVID 19 virus, we would like to update you on how we are working on protecting our prospects, tenants, and employees. In effort to protect our friends and family we are now offering Virtual Showings of our units. For this time, we will be offering Video and Google DUO showings of our vacant units. The Google Dou tours will take place with our leasing agent and they will guide you through the apartment from the comfort of your home! We are available Monday through Friday 8-5 to take calls regarding any of our units, and available 10-4 for any Google DUO showings.
If you would prefer an in person showing, the following will apply. Masks and gloves will be required at all showings. We do not have extra gloves or masks, please bring your own. If you do not have either we cannot allow you into the apartment. You will meet your leasing agent at the property. Please keep the 6ft social distancing guideline for the whole showings. You will be let into the building, and then into the unit you inquired about. You will need to give yourself a self-tour and ask questions once the tour is completed. The leasing agent will wait outside the unit for you. We have these guidelines in place to protect the future tenant, our clients, and our staff.
