In order to qualify for this unit, applicants need to document gross monthly income that is three times the rental amount, a credit score above 650, have no credit accounts in collections, and no prior evictions or bankruptcies within the last 5 years. Also, applications will not be processed until after the interested party has viewed the property in person. Therefore, please do not submit an application until you have viewed the property in person, as application fees are non-refundable.
