APP CRITERIA: All adults and co-signers must apply *separately* and all occupants will be named on the lease. Total combined annual household salary must exceed 3x monthly rent in verifiable income before taxes = $73,800 or $6,150/mo. No evictions, no past due balance owed to another property, no open collections on essential accounts (like utilities, car notes, cell phone/internet providers or insurance).
