The pictures don't show a fridge, but one will be provided. Also, it hasn't been deep cleaned yet since the renovation so if you see dirt or debris in the pictures, it'll be taken care of prior to move-in date. Right off St. Bernard HWY and blocks away from the levee. One small dog (20lbs or less) may be permitted (if house-broken and no bite record) with $250 non-refundable pet deposit. One year lease and deposit is the same as rent. Other tenants are clean, friendly and polite.
