This particular unit is a second floor, two bedroom, one bath apartment in the building with a large covered deck off of the living room. You’ll enjoy hanging out on one of the many decks surrounding the house. Water is included in your rent so you’ll only have to set up electric service and internet if you want it. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted here and this is also a no smoking building. $300 one time yearly trash fee per unit, to be paid by lease start date.
