The apartments have wall unit for AC, dishwashers, and baseboard heating. The building also has a elevator!

Off street parking is available for $50 monthly. Behind our building we have a beautiful flowing creek that connects to beautiful walking trails and parks. Make this place your new home!

This unit is available for an late June move in! Rent is $1100 a month with a separate utility charge of $90 that Includes water, sewage, Trash, gas! The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check.

To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account.
