Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage, and these charges will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Additionally, tenants are required to set up the electric service in their name. With prior approval and additional fees, one small pet (25 pounds or smaller) is allowed.

Permitted parking is available in the parking lot on a first served bases or non-permit parking on the street. No guest or overflow parking available.
