The bonus room upstairs has a closet and a full bath so it can be used as a second master bedroom, office, or mother-in-law suite. It also has a separate heating and air system.

The master bath has a large walk-in closet, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.

The kitchen is open and it overlooks the living area. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a nice bay window that lets in lots of natural light.

The home comes with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and disposal. The appliances are not part of the lease. You are welcome to use them at no extra charge, but they are not warranted.

The backyard is fully fenced and just the right size. Big enough for you to enjoy with family and friends, yet easy to maintain.

The schools are Dexter Elementary/Middle, and Cordova High School.

The discounted rent is $1,250/month and the fully-refundable security deposit is $1,400.
