The living room has a nice wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and stove. You are welcome to use them at no extra charge, but we do not warranty them. There are washer and dryer hook-ups.

The back yard is completely fenced and has a patio and fire pit for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

The schools are Chimney Rock Elementary, Kate Bond Middle and Cordova High. Please check their website for school assignments.

The discounted rent on this home is $1400/month (when paid in advance by the 25th) and the fully-refundable security deposit is $1600.

Most pets are allowed with an extra fully refundable pet deposit of $400 per pet and a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet. Some breeds of dogs are not allowed.
