The building itself is a controlled access building and offers an onsite laundry facility (coin operated) as well as 2 indoor bike racks. Electric is set up in your name with HEC. The parking deck offers free 12 hour parking from 7pm to 7am and the Municipal Building 1 block down offers free 24 hour parking as long as your car doesn't sit for more than 24 hours at a time.
