Lease Terms:

14-15 month lease, no smoking, Pets upon homeowner approval with additional refundable security deposit (no aggressive breeds) and $50 pet rent/fee per pet per month and a firm pet agreement . Tenants are responsible for all electricity and sewer, renter’s insurance, $10 per month for furnace filters, and abide by City Ordinances &/or HOA CC&R’s. The Security Deposit is the same as the rent plus 500 dollars as long as there are no pets and everyone's credit is good. A credit score of 650 or higher is required to lease this home for all adult applicants 23 or older. If credit or income does not meet the requirement, the security deposit is TRIPLE (3x) the rent.
