Minimum Requirements:
-Credit score of at least 600
-No felonies
-Verifiable monthly income of 3 times the rent
-Positive rental history
-No evictions or unlawful detainers in the past 5 years
-No outstanding balance owed to previous landlords
Total Move-in Costs:
-First month's full rent
-Security deposit
-Pet owners: First month's pet rent ($50 per pet) plus one-time pet fee of $250 per pet
-Prorated rent, sewer, and trash charges for the following month
Requirements Before Receiving Keys:
-Signed lease agreement
-Utility account numbers (Gas, Electric, and Water)
-Renter's Insurance Declaration's Page listing the new address
-Payment of all fees
Additional Information:
To secure the rental property, the approved applicant must place a deposit equivalent to one month's rent or the specified amount based on their credit application.
