To schedule a tour you may go to our website at Baronmg.com and book directly from there or you may call/text (574) 701-3661. After touring if you wish to apply you will do so on the same website. Application will be $15 and background screening will be required ($30). Please be sure to upload 3 recent paystubs and a photo ID to the application. Once everything has been completed it could take us up to 3 business days to process your application. Once a deposit is placed on a home they are non-refundable if you choose not to move forward at no fault to owner/management.  It’s your responsibility to ensure you have toured the home and like it.
