524 N Belmont is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom backside of a duplex and located near the intersection of Oliver & Central.

It consists of a living room, dining room, and a kitchen with a stove and fridge provided by the property owner, a separate laundry area with washer and dryer hookups available, a recently refinished bathroom, and a bedroom with original hardwood floors. The tenant is given access to one side of a detached two-car garage with a garage door opener.

Rent is $495 per month, security deposit $450, due in full at lease signing before keys and possession of the property will be given to the tenants.

The property owner provides water and lawn care, and the tenant is responsible for all other utilities and trash service.
