Student Housing-"The Deck House". This a unique Victorian-style house that is split into 11 different apartments ranging from 1 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms. You’ll enjoy hanging out on one of the many decks surrounding the house…thus the name, water and trash are included in your rent so you’ll only have to set up electric service and internet if you want it. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted here and this is also a no smoking building. Great value, great location and limited availability. This unit does NOT have central air but would allow a window unit.

Fees for Every Unit:

$50-$75 Admin Fee per tenant

$50-$100 lock fee per tenant

Fees that may apply based on your unit or specifications:
