Located in downtown Duluth and originally designed as Salter Terrace in 1887 by Oliver Traphagen, Eustone Apartments is home to 28 apartments in unique studio and one bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a laundry room in the lower level, wired internet access, and all utilities except electric and garbage are included in the rent. No pets please.

We’ll take out the trash – Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per adult and $5 per child is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.

We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.
