The EDRIC has a strict "No Smoking" policy and smoking is not allowed in the unit. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pet rent is $35 for one, $50 for two (max 2). Move-in funds required (with acceptable credit, income and landlord references) is just the first month's rent and deposits. All utilities are metered and billed separately however, once a week trash valet is complimentary.
