This house is located within 1 block of the UWSP campus. There is a large fenced in the back yard and detached garage. The main level has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and the bathroom. The second level has a bedroom and an open loft area. Tenants are responsible for all utilities aside from trash removal. Tenants are also responsible for snow clearing/ice treatment of the sidewalks and driveway. Lawn care is included as long as the fenced-in area is cleared of personal belongings.

Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.

Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront.

Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
