Cabin is very well insulated with a modern design. It features a loft and 1.5 bathrooms, led lighting throughout, custom finishes and new appliances with usb outlets in most of the rooms. It uses an electric instant heater to save space. Despite the small footprint design it offers an additional 1/2 bath and has space for a full size stackable washer/dryer.
There is lvp and tile in all rooms. The bedroom and bathroom have thermostatically controlled wall heat and there is also heated tile in the kitchen and main living space on separate thermostats.
The bathroom has a luxury feel offering a shower and freestanding tub and large vanity. The living space has an efficient Rinnai space heater with built in wall shelving and a ceiling fan as well.
