Lease Terms:

1 year lease, no smoking, no pets, application and application fee required for all adults 23 or older. Tenant is responsible for HOA charges of a $150 fee to use the elevator when moving in and $150 fee to use the elevator moving out. The HOA also charges a $250 Security Deposit (included in listing). Utilities required: NV Energy. Tenant insurance and $10 per month for furnace filters also is required.
