Arrive LEX is a South Loop high-rise with a genuinely fun amenity stack: a rooftop pool with a sundeck and grills up top, plus a 17th-floor fitness center stocked with Peloton bikes and a squat rack, and a club lounge with a pool table when you want to hang out. You're right across from Wintrust Arena for events, a couple of minutes from Prairie District Park, and you can grab a Starbucks downstairs or duck up to VU Rooftop Bar without thinking about it. The Cermak-McCormick Place CTA stop is about a 6-minute walk, and the nearest big grocery run is Mariano's, roughly 20 minutes on foot.
