Spacious studio apartment close to Drexel University. This unit, which was renovated in 2019, features hardwood floors, central AC and private washer/dryer. There is a shared front porch for all tenants to use.

Tenants are responsible for electric and $25 per month for water/sewer. Hot Water included in the rent. Tenants will also need to obtain renters insurance!

Please Note: To process the applications a holding fee equal to one month’s rent must be paid after submitting the application(s). Upon approval, the unit will be removed from the market. The holding fee becomes the security deposit after the lease has been signed for the unit moving forward. If your application is declined, we will refund the holding fee within 2 business days. We collect first month’s rent, and a security deposit for all our properties. These balances MUST be paid in certified funds.
