Lease Terms:

12 Month Lease. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and renters insurance. The Security Deposit is the same as the rent as long as there are no pets and everyone's credit is good. A credit score of 650 or higher is required to lease this home for all adult applicants 23 or older.

Additional Terms: 1) Owner to provide landscaping maintenance. 2) Tenants are to provide landscaping watering. When irrigation system is turned off for the cold season, tenants are required to hand water trees and shrubs if there is less than one inch of water in a two week period. 3) Tenants are to provide landscapers access to irrigation timer as needed. 4) Tenants are to keep pet waste cleaned up in order for landscapers to maintain yards.
