You'll enter into the large kitchen with tiled floor, coat closet and plenty of room to add storage carts or a small dining table in the middle. Comes equipped with a gas range stove and a full sized refrigerator.

Double french doors will then take you into the living room. Since this is a corner property you get natural sunlight coming in from a southern exposure all along one wall. The bedroom is at the end of the apartment which overlooks Monroe street to the south and 3rd street to the east, large windows all around, one closet but plenty of room for more bedroom furniture and the full bathroom is attached to the bedroom.

Located in the popular Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia, this apartment is walkable to almost anything that you would need. A couple blocks away from shopping on Fabric Row, just within a few blocks are a ton of restaurants/entertainment/cafes/shopping options.

First month, last month, one month security deposit due at lease signing. $45 application fee per applicant. Pets are conditional on owner's approval and may require additional pet deposit or fee, depending on the breed/weight/size.
