The Patricians is a vintage Lincoln Park high-rise that has kept its old-Chicago bones, archways, crown moldings, and real hardwood floors, while the renovated units get updated kitchens with stainless appliances and granite. The standout is the rooftop Sky Lounge with a grill and a sundeck looking out over the skyline, plus there's a fitness center, bike storage, guest suites, and 24/7 door staff. You can grab a coffee at Bocadillo Market about 3 minutes away, walk to Mid-North Park in a few minutes, or post up at The Other Side Bar or Gaslight nearby. The Fullerton CTA stop and a Trader Joe's are both about an 18 minute walk.
