Sunny Slope Apartments are in historic 6-plexes on a tree-lined street in Hyde Park. These two bedroom, 1 bath apartments have a lot of charm, with original hardwood floors throughout, large windows that allow for natural light, and updated paint to give your apartment a new shine. These apartments are also quite spacious, have their own large, personal balconies, and are in a great location.

At the Sunny Slope property, tenants pay for gas, electricity and a $30 laundry fee; Landlord pays for water and trash.

Pets are welcome if under 50 lbs when fully grown. We allow up to two pets per apartment. A $250 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) is required, and monthly pet rent will be $35 per month for each pet.
